This
Article was scanned
from an old, old document given to me by a project manager at one of my
clients. I asuume it's copyright has lapsed. If not, I'm sure the ASME
will have their lawyers in touch. [Yes, on April 25th 2006, so I am
taking the pages down. I offered to send them the pages to
publish on their site but they declined, sorry]. I hope they
appreciate all the work it
took to scan and OCR this document. I have put two pages from the
booklet onto one HTML page. I am not offering a .PDF of this file until
I get an OK from the fine and upstanding folks at the ASME. The modern
address of the ASTM is:
ASME International
345 East 47th Street
New York, NY 10017-2392
U.S.A.
The remainder of the pages are from the original
booklet. Note that
the address at the bottom of this panel is obsolete.
