Printer Instructions:

For Opera (The Recomended Browser): Open "Files/Print  Options".  Check "Print Page Background".  Uncheck "Print Headers and Footers".  Set most margins to 1 except for "Bottom".  Set "Bottom" to 0.0.  Open "Files/Print".  Set print range from 1 to 1 in order to suppress the printing of this instruction box (needed with this first page only).  Open "Files/Print Preview" to see what the page will look like.

For Firefox: Open "Files/Page Setup".  Checking the "Shrink to Fit Page Width" is fine but should not matter since these pages are "liquid".  Set most margins to 0.3.  Set the bottom margin to 0.0.  Set all headers and footers to "blank".  Open "Files/Print".  Set print range form 1 to 1 in order to suppress the printing of this instruction box (This page only).  Open "Files/Print Preview" to see what the page will look like.

For Explorer: You pathetic punk.  Why are you suffering with this obsolete hobbiest piece of crap browser?  I realy don't care if you can print or not.  You deserve to suffer so go right ahead and suffer all day.  When you grow up and are ready to use adult software intead of the software equivalent of a Speak and Spell toy, go to Opera.com or Mozilla.org and get a decent browser.  Be ever vigilant against evil and try not to use any Micro$oft product.  If you are foolish enough to use Explorer, it will convert all colored backgrounds to white and all text to black.  Once again, geeks trying to do your thinking rather then doing your work.  Aren't you glad you hate Microsoft?  Don't you wish everyone did?

Authoring: This site is created with the free composer program that comes with Mozilla.  We are using Revision 1.6   Unlike lazy piggish Microsoft web autoring, these pages conform to W3C standards and will render properly in any browser designed to serve the public as opposed to a browser designed to make some child-pig rich.
