| In 2013 I I was considering the assisted living facitlites I saw in Florida when I had visted my mom. I took a crack at doing a small home, wiht three bedrooms, each large enough to hold a desk as well as a bed, I put in three garages, since old people either won't give up their cars, or have a golf cart, or need to store all the stuff from a previous house. The great room has ajacent parking for a home-care nurse or visitor. I minimized the size and tried to make the flootprint square, so it could fit on a small lot or behind a regualre house. |
